- Prohibited activities include any illegal purpose, such as racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Vehicles must not be used for purposes outside their intended design, nor should passenger or weight limits be exceeded. Driving outside agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
